Compare loans nowHow to reach us
For general enquiries, feedback, or corrections, email us at hello@lendablemarketplace.com. We aim to respond to genuine enquiries within a few business days, though response times can be longer during particularly busy periods.

Please note we're a comparison and information site, not a registered credit provider — we can't access, change, or advise on an individual loan application, since those decisions sit entirely with the lender you applied through. We also can't offer personal financial or legal advice; where that's what you need, a registered debt counsellor, financial advisor, or attorney is the appropriate professional to consult.
If your query is about a specific loan or lender
If you've applied with one of our lenders and have a question about that application, a repayment, or your account, please contact that lender directly — their own contact details are published on their website, linked from their review page on our site. We don't hold any account-level information, since we're not the credit provider, and we have no ability to see, influence, or expedite a decision made by any lender on our panel.
If you believe a registered lender has acted unlawfully — charged above statutory caps, skipped an affordability assessment, or engaged in reckless lending — the National Credit Regulator (0860 627 627, complaints@ncr.org.za) and the Credit Ombud (ombud.co.za) are the appropriate regulatory bodies to contact, and are independent of Lendable Marketplace and of any individual lender. We're not able to intervene in a regulatory complaint on your behalf, but we're glad to point you to the right resource if you're unsure where to start.
What happens after you contact us
Enquiries sent to hello@lendablemarketplace.com are read by our editorial team, not routed to any lender automatically. If you're flagging a factual correction, we'll check it against the lender's own published information before updating the relevant page — this sometimes takes a little longer than a general enquiry, since we want to verify a change is accurate rather than simply act on a claim without checking it first. If you're reaching out with feedback on the site itself — something confusing, a broken link, or a page that didn't answer your question — that goes directly into how we improve the site, and we read every message even where we can't reply individually to each one. Anything you send us is handled in line with our privacy policy, and your use of this site is governed by our terms and conditions.
We don't currently offer phone support. For anything time-sensitive relating to an active loan application, contacting the lender directly — via the contact details on their own site — will always be faster than reaching us first.
Before you write in, it might already be answered
A large share of the questions we receive are already covered somewhere on the site, usually in more depth than a single email reply could provide. If your question is about whether a particular type of borrower — a student, someone unemployed, a SASSA grant recipient, or someone with a low credit score — is likely to qualify with our lenders, our guides section covers each of those situations honestly, including where the realistic answer is that most of our lenders aren't a fit. If your question is about how a specific statutory fee or rate cap works, our responsible lending page covers the National Credit Act's protections in detail. And if you're wondering how we're paid, or whether that affects what we publish, our how we make money page answers that directly.
Who operates this site
Lendable Marketplace is a trading brand of Sterk Digital Limited, a company registered in Northern Ireland (company number NI676988), whose registered office is at Unit 1, 212-218 Upper Newtownards Road, Belfast, Northern Ireland BT4 3ET. More about the company is at sterkdigital.com.
We publish this because a comparison site in a regulated category should be straightforward about who stands behind it. Sterk Digital Limited operates the site and is responsible for its editorial content; it is not itself a lender, a credit provider, a credit broker, or a financial services provider, and it does not make credit decisions, process applications, or hold your loan agreement. Any credit agreement you enter into is between you and the provider you apply to, under that provider's own terms and its own affordability assessment.
Editorial content on this site is produced by Mark Thompson, our personal finance content expert. You can reach the editorial team directly athello@lendablemarketplace.com.
Frequently asked questions
I have a question about my loan application — can you help?
We're a comparison site, not the lender, so we don't have visibility into individual applications or the authority to change a lender's decision. For anything specific to an application, repayment, or account, please contact the lender you applied with directly — their contact details are on their own site, linked from their review page on ours.
I want to report an issue with one of your lenders — what should I do?
Let us know using the details below, since it helps us keep our reviews accurate. For a formal complaint about a registered credit provider's conduct, the National Credit Regulator (0860 627 627, complaints@ncr.org.za) or the Credit Ombud (ombud.co.za) are the correct regulatory channels.
I noticed a factual error on your site — how do I flag it?
Please tell us, ideally with a link to the specific page and what you believe is incorrect. We source every figure on this site from lenders' own published information and correct errors promptly once verified.
